Msheireb Downtown Doha – Phase 1b, 2 & 3

Msheireb Downtown Doha Project – Phase 1B, Phase 2 and Phase 3, Blue Crescent had been awarded with the production of shop drawings for all the 3 phases by different MEP Contractors. For Phase 1B, ETA Star had provided Blue Crescent with the production of 2100 MEP Drawings within a short time frame of 7 months which had been complied by Blue Crescent. For Phase 2, Transgulf Electro Mechanical in Qatar had provided with the production of 800 Shop Drawings within a limited time frame. For Phase 3, JBK Controls an ELV Contractor had provided with the production of 790 Shop Drawings.

Qp-Financial Disctrict

Qatar Petroleum Financial District , Blue Crescent has been appointed by the Consultant AECOM to provide the MEP design and detailed IFC drawings for the fit outs for the cluster 1 towers (3 towers). Blue Crescent had developed the HVAC, Water Supply, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Small Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm and Other ELV Systems design from the concepts provided by AECOM. A fast track project with very limited time period had been provided to Blue Crescent in which the provided target has been complied and submitted by Blue Crescent.

New Doha Port – Office Facilities

New Doha Port – Office Facilities for 300 people, Blue Crescent has been appointed by the MEP Contractor Abantia Tempo to provide the concept, design, shop drawings, calculations and supports in authorities’ approvals. Blue Crescent had provided the HVAC, Water Supply, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Small Power, Lighting and ELV systems for total 6 buildings such as Offices, Visitor Centre, Masjid, Canteen, Guard House & Sample Building. A separate utility compound has been designed for all the utilities pump room and its substations.

Qatar Science and Tech. Park – QSTP

Qatar Science and Technological Park, Blue Crescent has been appointed by the Consultant QDC (Qatar Design Consortium), to provide the efficient and effective Winter Heating System Design for the existing building where the prestigious offices of Exon Mobile, TCE, Rolls Royce, QP etc. offices are located. We have provided with different design concepts for Winter Heating system including Solar, gas etc. taking into consideration the green concepts too.

Barwa Commercial Avenue

Barwa Commercial Avenue in Qatar, Blue Crescent has been appointed by the client BARWA directly to provide the Stress Analysis for the chilled water piping running inside the building. (i.e. tertiary circuit). Blue Crescent scope is to advise the contractor about the max stress locations and to propose the corresponding support types as per the application like expansion bellows, anchor supports, rigid supports, guide vanes etc. for ABS piping.

PEARL QATAR – 20 & 21

Viva Bahariya Towers 20 & 21 in Pearl Qatar, Blue Crescent has been appointed by the MEP Contractor ETA Star Engineering WLL, to provide the engineering, value engineering and to prepare the detailed shop drawing. Blue Crescent scope is to do the value engineering for cast saving and to prepare the engineering calculations such as ESP (External Static Pressure) , Pump Head, Heat Load check, Fire Hydraulic Calculation, Voltage Drop Calculation, Fire Alarm battery hour calculation and short circuit calculation in complying to relevant standards with supporting documents and preparation of detailed shop drawings.

Falcon Tower – Qatar

Falcon Tower in Qatar, Blue Crescent has been appointed by the MEP Contractor ETA Star Engineering WLL, to provide the engineering, value engineering and to prepare the detailed shop drawing. Blue Crescent scope is to do the value engineering for cast saving and to prepare the engineering calculations such as ESP (External Static Pressure) , Pump Head, Heat Load check, Fire Hydraulic Calculation, Voltage Drop Calculation, Fire Alarm battery hour calculation and short circuit calculation in complying to relevant standards with supporting documents and preparation of detailed shop drawings.

Supreme Education Council – Qatar

Supreme Education Council in Qatar, Blue Crescent has been appointed by the MEP Contractor Diplomat WLL, to provide the Stress Analysis for the condenser piping (i.e. from the cooling tower yard to the chillers). Blue Crescent scope is to advise the contractor about the max stress locations and to propose the corresponding support types as per the application like expansion bellows, anchor supports, rigid supports, guide vanes etc.
