This page explains what information this website collects and how Blue Crescent Engineering Trading & Contracting WLL (“Blue Crescent”, “we”) uses it.
When you send us a message
If you use the contact form, we receive the details you type in: your name, company, phone number, email address and message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it. Your message is stored securely in our website system and sent to our team by email. If you give an email address, we send you one confirmation that your message has arrived.
We do not sell your details or share them with anyone outside Blue Crescent, except the email service that delivers our messages.
Visitor numbers
To understand how many people visit the website, we count visits and pages viewed. This count is anonymous:
- No cookies are used for it, and nothing is stored on your device.
- We do not keep your IP address or any detail that could identify you. A visit is recognised for one day only using a scrambled code that is thrown away afterwards.
- We only see totals, such as “120 visitors today”.
Other services used by this website
The pages load fonts from Google Fonts and 3D display code from jsDelivr and Google. The contact section shows a map from Google Maps, and videos on the Insights page play from YouTube or Vimeo when you start them. These services receive the technical information any browser sends when it loads a file, such as your IP address, and they have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for our normal business records, after which they are deleted. Visitor totals are kept as numbers only.
